Alkaline Water and Bad Breath

Drink Tyent Water For Fresher Breath!

Many people with less-than-fresh breath don’t even know about it. After all, how many times have you told someone that their breath is a little…strong?

There are several lifestyle factors or other conditions that can cause halitosis, the medical term for the condition that affects around 25 percent of people, including:

For the majority of people who do have bad breath, it’s easy to fix by sticking with the following routine, or your own variation on it:

1. Brush, Brush, Brush

Get a new toothbrush and use it twice a day – three times if you can.

2. Floss Like a Boss

Make sure that you remove all of those tiny bits of food and particles from between your teeth to prevent bacteria from thriving.

3. Make Your Dentist Your Best Friend!

If not that, at least make sure that you see your dentist regularly and talk about any oral health issues that are bothering you.

4. Treat Your Tongue

That white bloom, or residue, that builds up on your tongue is often the culprit when it comes to bad breath. Either invest in a tongue scraper (less medieval than it sounds) or just gently clean with your regular toothbrush.

5. If You Smoke, Stop Smoking

Few things will improve your mouth health and breath like quitting cigarettes. Popping a mint after a smoke doesn’t help at all, despite what the adverts claim.

6. Drink Plenty of Water

This one is so important: drinking plenty of water every day will prevent a dry mouth – a common cause of bad breath. Water also helps to swish away the tiny bits of food and debris from between your teeth.

Tyent Water is even better – the alkaline ionized water helps to neutralize damaging acids in your mouth.
