We also accept payment through PayPal from customers with a PayPal account.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time and for any reason. If your credit or debit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge. We will not be responsible (i) for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order, (ii) if your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you, or (iii) for any delays or non-delivery of Products that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, province, national regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit or debit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the charge.
Shipping method and terms
We ship our products with Canada Post only. Most orders are shipped in the same day, unless the order are confirmed after 6 pm west coast time, in which case it will ship out the very next business day.
Depending on inventory availability, you may receive split shipments (two or more separate parcels). We will inform you of any such split orders as they occur. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split orders, and we will provide you with all tracking numbers for all of the parcels within that order. After the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email containing the approximate delivery date and the tracking number.
The cost of delivery is 20CAD for all orders below 3000CAD to all Canadian provinces and territories.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over 3000CAD within our web store.
The customer indicate the full residential valid address where the delivery is expected.
If the delivery address is different than the PayPal billing address, customer should leave a note indicating the difference.
We do not ship products over 100CAD to mail boxes. All the over 100CAD orders are delivered with signature requirement.
Returned or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us as being refused by the recipient, or if the package is returned to as "unclaimed", we will refund the customer for the cost of the items, but the original cost of shipping is non-refundable. In the rare case that we make a mistake on the package label and enter an incorrect shipping address, we will either resend the package at no extra cost to you, or offer a full refund, including the original shipping costs, at your discretion.
If a package arrives damaged, or is lost entirely, we will replace the item(s) at no extra cost to you. Generally, a package tracer can be put on a lost package after approximately three weeks from the date the package was shipped. After a tracer has identified the package as being lost, we will then send out a replacement order to you, while we handle any insurance claims ourselves. If a package arrives to you damaged, or the box has been torn open and some of the items are missing, you MUST notify us immediately so that we can initiate an insurance claim for those items. We may require a statement from you, in writing, regarding the loss or damage. After we receive your statement, we can then send you the missing or damaged items.

You will find that when you are looking into warranties that Tyent is the only company to offer a warranty with such high value – not as a gimmick to be used as a marketing strategy (with many stipulations). Our value is true value. Therefore, our Platinum Lifetime Warranty contains no stipulations, no fine print and no hassles. There are no limitations with regard to hard water, or with regard to the amount of water that is produced by our machines. Also, there are no requirements for how many filters you must purchase or how often you need to change your filters to keep your warranty valid. Read competitors’ warranties carefully and watch out for unreasonable stipulations and limitations that are often used as ways to abandon coverage. At Tyent, we do not believe that is fair.

This Guarantee is applicable to all units purchased on or after January 15th, 2010
If our customers experience any performance issues with our cutting edge water ionizer systems, then we will fix or replace the unit (within a week in most cases). Any damaged unit will be fixed, or replaced with a comparable unit at no cost to you (excluding shipping). The only item not covered under our warranty is accidental breakage that could be caused by dropping one of our units or damage caused from something of a similar nature. Feel free to use our units in any type of water, and to produce as much water as you wish. Our advanced cleaning system, filtration and power methods are the toughest and most advanced in the industry.
The terms above are in effect for FOREVER on all of our units.
